Throughout these Terms and Conditions, the following terms shall have the meanings set out below. Both singular and plural forms apply unless the context requires otherwise.

By accessing the mnl365 Platform, completing the registration process, making a deposit, or placing a wager, you confirm that you have read, understood, and unconditionally agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions in their current form, together with:

• The Privacy Policy of mnl365, which governs the collection and use of your personal data;
• The Responsible Gaming Policy, which outlines available player protection tools and procedures;
• The specific terms of any Bonus or Promotion you elect to participate in;
• Any game-specific rules that apply to individual products available on the Platform.

Access to and use of the mnl365 Platform is restricted to individuals who meet all of the following eligibility criteria:

It is the Player's sole responsibility to determine whether participation in online gaming is lawful in their specific location. mnl365 makes no representations regarding the legal status of online gaming in any particular jurisdiction beyond the context of the Philippine market.

To access the full features of mnl365, including depositing, wagering, and withdrawing funds, you must complete the account registration process and receive confirmation that your account has been activated.

• Each individual may register only one (1) account on the mnl365 Platform. The creation or use of multiple accounts — whether under the same or different names, mobile numbers, or device identifiers — is strictly prohibited;
• You must provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration, including your legal full name, valid Philippine mobile number, and date of birth;
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your login credentials. You must not disclose your password to any third party;
• You must notify mnl365 promptly via live chat or email if you suspect unauthorized access to your account;
• mnl365 reserves the right to refuse registration or close any account at its reasonable discretion, including in cases where it suspects fraudulent intent or ineligibility.

Registration does not constitute a contractual guarantee of continued access to all platform features. mnl365 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any product or feature at any time with reasonable notice where required.

mnl365 accepts deposits from Players via the following payment methods available in the Philippine market. All deposits must originate from a payment account held in the Player's own name.

• Deposits credited to a Player's mnl365 wallet are non-refundable once wagered, except as required by applicable law;
• mnl365 does not accept third-party deposits. Funds must originate from a payment method registered to the Player;
• Deposits exceeding thresholds set by applicable anti-money laundering regulations may require additional documentation;
• mnl365 reserves the right to reverse a deposit and return funds to the originating payment method if fraudulent activity is suspected.

Players may request withdrawal of real money funds from their mnl365 account subject to the following conditions:

• KYC verification must be completed before any withdrawal is processed. Players who have not submitted and received approval of their identity documents will have withdrawal requests held pending verification;
• Withdrawals will be processed to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit wherever technically possible. This is a standard anti-money laundering safeguard;

The specific terms of each promotion — including the bonus amount, eligible games, wagering requirements, maximum bet size during wagering, and expiry period — are published on the mnl365 Current Offers page and form part of these Terms by reference.

• Bonuses are intended for recreational play only and must not be systematically exploited. mnl365 reserves the right to withhold or cancel any bonus where it determines in good faith that abuse has occurred;
• Unless stated otherwise, the standard wagering requirement for welcome bonuses is 30x the bonus amount. Individual promotions may specify different requirements;
• During active bonus wagering, maximum bet limits apply as specified in the individual bonus terms. Exceeding these limits may result in the bonus being cancelled;
• Bonus funds expire within the timeframe stated in the relevant promotion. Expired bonus funds and associated winnings are forfeited automatically;
• mnl365 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any promotion at any time without prior notice. Such modifications will not affect bonuses already credited and actively being wagered.

The rules governing individual games available on the mnl365 Platform — including live casino games (baccarat, roulette, blackjack, Sic Bo, Dragon Tiger), online slots, bingo, and sports betting — are the rules of each respective game and game provider as displayed within the game interface or help section.

• All live casino games on mnl365 use physical equipment (real cards, dice, roulette wheels) operated by human dealers in certified studio environments. Results are not computer-generated;
• In the event of a technical malfunction or disconnection during gameplay, mnl365's system logs will be used to determine the valid game state at the point of disconnection. Bets placed before a verified malfunction will be handled in accordance with game rules;
• mnl365 does not guarantee uninterrupted access to any specific game or table at any given time. Game availability is subject to provider uptime and scheduled maintenance;

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the mnl365 Platform. Any Player found to have engaged in prohibited conduct may have their account immediately suspended, balances forfeited, and relevant information passed to appropriate authorities.

• Collusion: Coordinating with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game, particularly poker, live dealer games, or sports betting;
• Bonus abuse: Creating multiple accounts, using third-party accounts, or employing systematic strategies specifically designed to exploit bonus terms without genuine recreational play;
• Fraudulent chargebacks: Initiating a chargeback or payment reversal with GCash, Maya, or any bank after funds have been credited and wagered on the Platform;
• Automated software: Using bots, scripts, betting automation tools, or any software that places bets without direct manual input by the Player;
• Money laundering: Using the Platform to layer, integrate, or place funds derived from illegal activity, in violation of the Philippine Anti-Money Laundering Act (AMLA) and its amendments;
• Minors accessing the Platform: Allowing or facilitating access to the mnl365 Platform by any individual under 21 years of age;
• Misrepresentation: Providing false identity information, submitting fraudulent KYC documents, or impersonating another person.

mnl365 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Player account at its discretion, including (but not limited to) situations where:

• A Player has breached any provision of these Terms and Conditions;
• mnl365 has reasonable grounds to suspect fraud, money laundering, or other illegal activity;
• A Player has submitted false or misleading information during registration or KYC;
• A Player is found to have created or operated multiple accounts;
• mnl365 is required to do so by a regulatory, legal, or law enforcement requirement.

In cases of account closure for a breach, mnl365 may withhold any balance pending investigation. Where the balance is determined to represent legitimately wagered real money funds not connected to a breach, mnl365 will return the verifiable real money component to the Player's original payment method after resolution.

mnl365 is committed to responsible gaming practices. The Platform provides a suite of player protection tools accessible from the account settings dashboard at any time:

• Deposit limits: Daily, weekly, and monthly caps on the amount a Player may deposit;
• Loss limits: Maximum loss thresholds over a specified period;
• Session timers: Alerts and automatic logout after a specified duration of continuous play;
• Reality check: On-screen notifications displaying time elapsed and net wagering position during a session;
• Cooling-off period: A temporary suspension of account access for 24 hours, 7 days, or 30 days, activated immediately upon request;
• Self-exclusion: A voluntary permanent or long-term exclusion from the Platform, which mnl365 will action within 24 hours of a valid request.

Self-exclusion requests must be submitted in writing via the account dashboard or via email to [email protected]. Once a self-exclusion is active, mnl365 will take reasonable steps to prevent the excluded Player from opening a new account. All content on the mnl365 Platform — including but not limited to software, game assets, text, graphics, logos, icons, trademarks, data compilations, and the selection and arrangement of content — is the property of mnl365 or its content licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

• Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal entertainment purposes;
• You must not copy, reproduce, distribute, transmit, display, or create derivative works from any mnl365 content without prior written permission;
• Game content provided by third-party studios (including Evolution Gaming, Pragmatic Play, PG Soft, and others) remains the intellectual property of the respective studios and is used under licence.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law:

• mnl365 shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform;
• mnl365 does not warrant that the Platform will be continuously available, error-free, or free of technical interruptions. Scheduled and emergency maintenance may temporarily affect service availability;
• mnl365 is not responsible for any losses arising from reliance on information published on the Platform, including promotional material, odds, or game outcome information;
• In all circumstances, mnl365's maximum aggregate liability to any single Player shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player in the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

In the event of a dispute between a Player and mnl365 regarding any aspect of these Terms, account management, game outcomes, or payments, the following process applies:

• Step 1 — Contact Support: Submit a detailed complaint to mnl365 customer support via live chat or email ([email protected]). Include your registered mobile number, account details, and a clear description of the dispute;
• Step 2 — Internal Review: mnl365 will acknowledge the complaint within 24 hours and provide a substantive response within 5 business days. Complex disputes may require up to 14 business days;
• Step 3 — Escalation: If the Player is not satisfied with mnl365's response after the internal review, the matter may be escalated through applicable regulatory channels in accordance with Philippine law.

Game outcomes determined by certified live dealer equipment or certified RNG systems are considered final and are not subject to reversal on the basis of player disagreement with the result.

mnl365 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered Players via:

• An on-screen notification upon next login following the effective date of the change;
• An update to the "Last updated" date shown at the top of this document.

Your continued use of the mnl365 Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request account closure by contacting support.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, including but not limited to:

• The Anti-Money Laundering Act (Republic Act No. 9160) and its amendments;
• The Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173), applicable to the collection and processing of personal data in connection with account registration and use;
• The Electronic Commerce Act (Republic Act No. 8792);
• Any applicable directives or issuances by the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation (PAGCOR) relating to online gaming operations in the Philippine market context.

Any dispute that cannot be resolved through the process outlined in Section 14 shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.
